Live A Cappella Performance Of 'Sound Of Silence' From Pentatonix

Prepare to be mesmerized as the a cappella voices of Pentatonix perform ‘The Sound Of Silence.’

This popular song was originally made famous by Simon & Garfunkel in 1964. Since that time, many artists have lent their voices to the tune. One of the most well known covers comes from the rock band, Disturbed, in 2015. But this a cappella rendition from Pentatonix is unlike anything you have ever heard before.

“Hello darkness, my old friend
I've come to talk with you again
Because a vision softly creeping
Left its seeds while I was sleeping”

This talented group formed in 2011, but they shot to fame after winning the third season of the television show ‘The Sing Off.’

Since that moment, Pentatonix has become a household name with viral performances such as ‘Mary Did You Know’ and ‘Hallelujah.’

Now, this ensemble is back with a stunning, live performance of ‘The Sound Of Silence’ at the Hollywood Bowl.

Their original video for the song went viral with over 130 million views on YouTube. And when you hear their unique sound, you’ll understand exactly why everyone is talking about this one.

“And the vision that was planted in my brain
Still remains
Within the sound of silence”

This talented group has a gift for selecting just the right song to compliment their vocal skills. One viewer on YouTube said, “I remember when I first heard this some years ago.  I was blown away.”

Another wrote, “Simply amazing.”

From the arrangement to the vocals, this performance is sheer perfection. Who else agrees?

FOR KING + COUNTRY And Jordin Sparks Sing 'Love Me Like I Am'

Award-winning singer and actress Jordin Sparks joins for KING & COUNTRY as they sing a powerful rendition of ‘Love Me Like I Am.’ As you hear these words, remember that God accepts us, despite our sins and flaws, and He welcomes us with open and loving arms.

“I am a little uneven
In need of a little more healing now
Yes I am. And I feel a little unfixable
You're nothing short of a miracle now cause somehow You're still with me”

Brothers Luke and Joel Smallbone make up the Christian duo for KING & COUNTRY. This Grammy-winning duo are known for songs such as ‘God Only Knows’ and ‘Priceless.’ They’ve performed for sold-out audiences all over the globe and they do it all to give praise to God’s Holy Name.

Today, they are sharing the microphone with American Idol alumni, Jordin Sparks, for a very special performance of ‘Love Me Like I Am.’

Just listen as their voices come together in beautiful praise to our King.

“Oh, I don't know how You do it
And I know I put You through it
Yeah, It's amazing that You can
Love me like I, Love me like I am”

On Instagram, the duo shared their appreciation for Jordin’s contribution. “So grateful to dear Jordin🙏🏽 for using her powerful voice and soul to take the sentiment of this song beyond where we ever could’ve imagined.”

Psalms 31:24 “Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all you that hope in the LORD.”

'Something Beautiful' Ernie Haase Signature Sound Live Performance

Check out this wonderful live performance of 'Something Beautiful' by Ernie Haase & Signature Sound.

“Something beautiful, something good, all my confusion He understood, all I had to offer Him
Was brokenness and strife, but He made something beautiful of my life
If there ever were dreams, that were lofty and noble, they were my dreams at the start
And the hopes for life’s best were the hopes that I harbored, down deep in my heart
But my dreams turned to ashes, my castles all crumbled, my fortune turned to loss
So I wrapped it all in the rags of my life and laid it at the cross”

What a great rendition of this song by Bill and Gloria Gaither. For this version, Ernie Haase & Signature Sound gave 'Something Beautiful' a whole new makeover with a jazz arrangement and Ernie taking the lead.

This version of 'Something Beautiful' is part of Ernie Haase & Signature Sound’s second tribute album. For this project, the group selected their favorite songs written by the legendary Bill and Gloria Gaither and reimagined them with an all-new recording. The tribute album is titled ‘Something Beautiful,’ just like this song.

“I love this rendition of the song! It's a beautiful song in the original version, and so is this one,” comments one person on YouTube after watching the music video.

“Wow! Beautiful, elegant...a timeless message and song,” writes another person online.

Ernie Haase & Signature Sound have such amazing harmonies and seamless arrangements, and this live performance will leave audiences wanting more. And while they sing ‘Something Beautiful,’ we are reminded and comforted by the promise that if we put our faith and trust in God, He will make something beautiful of our lives.

We hope that you enjoyed listening to this rendition of ‘Something Beautiful’ today!

Home Free Sings 'Don't Laugh At Me' Anti-Bullying Song With Mark Wills

The five men of Home Free join Mark Wills for a powerful performance of ‘Don’t Laugh At Me.’ This country song was an instant hit for Mark after it’s release in 1998. It received multiple award nominations and the inspirational message reminded us all that we are perfect in God’s eyes.

“I'm that kid on every playground who's always chosen last
A single teenage mother tryin' to overcome my past
You don't have to be my friend
Is it too much to ask?”

Home Free is an American a cappella group that competed and won in the fourth season of The Sing-Off on NBC in 2013. They’ve become viral sensations with their covers of hit songs such as ‘Ring Of Fire’ and ‘How Great Thou Art.’

Though some of the members may have changed, the incredible music and sound remains the same. Currently, the group is composed of Austin Brown, Rob Lundquist, Adam Rupp, Tim Foust, and Adam Chance.

Today, they’re sharing the microphone with country legend Mark Wills as they put a modern spin on the classic song, ‘Don’t Laugh At Me.’

“So don't laugh at me, don't call me names
Don't get your pleasure from my pain
'Cause in God's eyes we're all the same
Someday we'll all have perfect wings, don't laugh at me”

On Instagram, Mark shared that October is National Bullying Prevention Month. He decided to team up with Home Free to share a message that everyone needs to hear. “What a journey it’s been to watch this song touch so many lives over the past 24 years, and I hope this version continues to do so for many more.”

Psalms 118:14 “The LORD is my strength and song, and is become my salvation.”

Redeemed Quartet Sings 'I've Come Too Far' Classic Hymn

Worship our Lord as the Redeemed Quartet performs a stunning rendition of ‘I’ve Come Too Far.’ As you hear these words, remember that there is hope in the Name of the Lord.

“There's a new day ahead for me
All my heartache is over
For I left it at Calvary
Where my new life began”

Josh and Caleb Koble and Ben and Nate Duncan make up the Redeemed Quartet. These two sets of brothers have been friends for years but now they have taken that friendship to a whole new level. This talented quartet uses their God-given voices to sing praises to His Name with stunning covers and inspiring originals.

Today, they’re at The Old Bag Factory for a special performance of ‘I’ve Come Too Far.’ Just listen as their voices come together in beautiful praise to our King.

“Turn around- don't look back again
Face the new day before you
Place your heartache in Jesus hand
He will mend broken dreams”

People from all around the world are resonating with these powerful words. One viewer said, “The Quartets faith glows in glory praying through music. Wonderful ministry. Beautiful harmony. Thank you gentlemen.”

Another wrote, “What a blessing this is! I'm a 60-something and have been getting discouraged, so to see young people embracing faith in Christ and good old-fashioned music really warms my heart!”

Romans 10:9 “That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved.”

'But For The Grace Of God' Bill Gaither Live Worship Performance

Check out this live worship performance of Bill Gaither singing 'But For The Grace Of God.'

“The tramp on the street, homeless and weak, could be I but for the grace of God
The steel of my soul would have weakened and bent, had I traveled the highways he's trod
Oh merciful Father Oh wonderful God, Thy hands have spared me these things
May my heart know compassion as a child when she holds a bird with a broken wing
Oh Lord make me strong, not to boast of my strength, but to lend it to the weak and downtrod
May I always remember things dear to my heart are mine to hold only by the grace of God”

What an amazing and touching song. As Bill Gaither is performing this song live at the Gaither Studios in Alexandria, IN, a handful of people from The Gaither Vocal Band are surrounding the piano and really taking in the words of the song. Many even have tears in their eyes.

“What a song. What a song,” Bill Gaither says after he finishes singing 'But For The Grace Of God.'

And many people shared online about how this song touched them.

“This is so true. If not for the grace of God I would not be here,” writes one person on YouTube after watching the music video. “Forever grateful for His love and grace that is sufficient for me.”

“Wow, this was beautiful. So much comfort in this song. Thank you Lord for your grace,” comments another person online.

The concept of grace is one of the most crucial and impactful concepts in the Christian faith, and we hope that this song helped remind you of that today.

Ephesians 2:8-9
God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.

'I Owe You Everything' The Collingsworth Family Live Performance

Check out this wonderful live performance of the song ‘I Owe You Everything’ from The Collingsworth Family.

“For the prayers that You have answered, for the mountains You have moved
For the questions You have settled, Lord, it's the least that I can do
To serve You with my whole heart, and though I can't repay
The debt of love I owe You, but I'll try to anyway, I owe You everything
I owe You all of me, my life, my breath, my praise, my worship
I give it as an offering, oh, I could never do enough, in exchange for all You've done
You have made me something out of nothing, I owe You everything”

What an incredible song from a very talented family! The Collingsworth Family is a Southern Gospel group that was started by Phil and Kim Collingsworth and features their family as the group. In this video, Courtney, one of Phil and Kim’s daughters, sings ‘I Owe You Everything’ and does an amazing job with the performance.

“By far, the words are the most important part of this song. And with those words, I truly appreciate Courtney's talent and heart in delivering them,” one person writes on YouTube after watching the music video. “She has been given a gift, and she is a gift to those of us who get to hear her.”

“Yes Lord, I owe you everything! Beautiful, moving song! All glory to God!” comments another person online.

Courtney is performing ‘I Owe You Everything’ at Liberty University's Center For Music And Worship Arts in Lynchburg, VA. A full orchestra joins her on stage, and the whole performance is very moving and impressive. What a way for Courtney to use her talents to bring glory to God!

We hope that you enjoyed watching this music video of ‘I Owe You Everything’ today and it was able to encourage you in some way.
