While we may not be able to find agreement on much these days, we are all on the same page when it comes to doctor visits. We very much dislike them. Seriously, how could anyone actually enjoy going to the doctor? Even if your doctor and the nurses are personable, incredibly sweet, down-to-earth and caring individuals, that still doesn’t mean we like seeing them.

Being poked, stuck, needled and prodded and then paying handsomely for the whole awful experience is no one’s idea of fun. Who wants all that? Not this guy, that’s for sure. If that wasn’t enough, there is always the chance the doctor may find something unusual that requires multiple visits over a short period, just to check this or that possibility off the list.

While seeing the doctor is rarely, if ever, enjoyable, it’s still extremely important to get those yearly checkups. Got to make sure everything is still running according to plan. Even animals do, or at least should, see the vet on a yearly basis. And as you might have guessed, they typically dislike the entire experience as well. However, a clip posted on YouTube shows one pup who took the entire medical examination process in stride. It didn’t even whimper one time as the miniature doctor gave the animal a thorough once-over.

The sweet, surprisingly patient and good-natured animal simply sits peacefully and lets the little medical professional do her job. Hilariously, though, you can almost see on the animal’s face what it’s thinking: “What are you doing, and are you almost done yet? I’ve got food to eat and places to sleep. Hurry up, doc.”

Many people endlessly complain about the hot, often oppressive weather. And I have to admit, I’m not above voicing my complaints when it gets a tad uncomfortable in June, July and August. However, and I’m guessing many other people feel the same way, I would take 90-plus temps every day if I never had to experience snow or ice again. That seems like a fair trade-off, right? And I would make that deal in a heartbeat.

Now, when it comes to staying cool and comfortable, swimming is one way to beat the high heat and the humidity. While there are other ways to stay cool when the weather’s warm, swimming is easily the best. Who doesn’t like taking a nice dip in the pool, especially when the weather is blisteringly hot? Heck, even many animals enjoy frolicking about in the water, having a good old time as they play with one another.

Speaking of animals enjoying the water, in one clip, a whole group of ducks came across a fixture. Instead of simply walking on by and going about their travels, they stopped for some fun, and it’s one of the cutest sights you are likely to ever see.

Under their mother's close supervision, the many baby ducks take turns sliding down the fixture, making it their own personal waterslide. How unbelievably cute and adorable is that?

Just when you think they might be done and ready to move along, another duck decides it wants to enjoy itself and slide that miniature waterslide. You can almost hear the mother duck’s thoughts, “Ok, ok, everyone has had their fun. It’s now time to go. C’mon. Your father is going to be worried about us if we’re not back by dinner time!”

These baby ducks got a little help, and it’s absolutely adorable. Those sweet, tiny, winged creatures knew exactly what to do when someone lent some unexpected assistance. Watch the short but heartwarming clip to see who helped the ducks, how and the animals’ immediate response to the assistance.

Everyone has a soft spot in their heart for animals. That is especially when those critters are babies. How could you not? Simply look at a litter of kittens or puppies, a flock of ducks or a murder of crows. Ok, fine, maybe a group of crows doesn’t cause you to get all touchy-feely as the others do, but the point is still the same. Animals are great, and even the most stoic, unemotional person can’t resist a puppy or a kitten.

Animals make life a better, fuller and richer experience. It doesn’t matter what you’re doing or what’s going on; having an animal around will make it better. No one can really argue against that. I guess theoretically someone could make an opposing argument, but why would you? Who is going to ever say that having animals around makes things worse?

While nearly everyone loves animals, sometimes they get themselves into unpredictable and crazy situations (all pet owners will agree). When that happens, they might need a helping hand and some grace to get them out of their predicament, as is what happened when a duck and her babies were spotted in a hotel pool.

The ducks were swimming along in the pool, making their way to the edge and would soon be trying to get out of the water. However, it was unclear how the babies would make it out safely. Thankfully, a kind and caring hotel employee knew exactly what to do and stepped up and did exactly what was needed.

Hilariously, the baby ducks didn’t even pause but knew exactly what to do. They kept going as if nothing at all had happened.

When the owner’s away, these dogs will play.  Under their owner's watchful eye, this pair of pups remains on their best behavior. Now, thanks to a handful of beloved, classic Disney films, we all know how toys behave when their owners are not around. Apparently, those toys get into a lot of shenanigans, enough to fill four 90-minute movies. But what about dogs? How will they act when they believe no one is watching or judging them? What kind of trouble will a pair of dogs get into when their owner steps out for a few minutes?

A hilarious clip posted on YouTube shows just what your dog might be doing whenever you head out to work for the day. As it turns out, your canine just might be living it up, having the time of their life when you aren’t around.

The video starts with the two pups looking out the window, watching their owner pull away to make sure she is really gone. When they are sure of her absence, it’s time to get the party started, and that’s exactly what the canines do.

The dogs get the tunes blaring, decorate the room with brightly colored streamers and put on some of the cutest, gaudiest pair of glasses you’ve ever seen. They then break out the dance moves and the party games, which involve throwing darts at pictures of cats.

Cats are some of the most stubborn, obstinate creatures you’ll encounter. To anyone who has or has ever had a feline, this will not be some kind of big revelation. It’s no secret that cats are fairly hard-headed, strong-willed, and will not be pushed into doing something they do not want to do. Sure, some may be more agreeable, and they will be more flexible than others, but for the most part, that statement about feline stubbornness is entirely true.

When cats are in the mood to be scratched and rubbed, they will do whatever it takes to have their need fulfilled. Some of their tactics might include purring loudly while rubbing up against your legs, following your every step until you do what they want, and even meowing at an ear-piercing volume. But what one cat does when it wants attention is a brand-new maneuver, a move that I’ve, and likely you as well, have never seen before.

In a clip posted on YouTube, a cat actually puts on a plastic, protective cone and walks into its owner’s room when it needs love and attention. Taylor, the cat, seems to know what it’s doing because its odd choice in headwear is working as the feline’s owner gives in and does what it wants.

Now, I know what you’re thinking: there is no way that cat puts that on itself. I completely understand because I thought the same thing, but the video shows several instances of the cat putting it on itself.

And don’t try changing out its plastic cone for a new one because the cat will surely know something is amiss and sniff out the intended deception quickly.

Cats are strange and wonderful creatures, and this cat’s odd attention-seeking behavior is yet another example of that being true.

A pup wanted its playmate back badly and came up with some pretty hilarious and elaborate plans to break its buddy out of captivity. Friends make life a much better and richer experience. I think that’s something we can all agree upon. Regardless of age or stage of life, everyone needs friendships. Friends are people we can count on to be a shoulder to cry on and be someone to pick us up when life knocks us down. However, as great as those friendships are, there are times when, for one reason or another, we are separated from those friends. Whether it’s because of time, distance or something else entirely, those are often the times when we most need a friend and will do what we can to see them.

Perhaps, as in a clip posted on YouTube, a medical issue keeps two friends apart. Well, not even a medical issue, whatever it may be, is enough to keep the best of buddies apart. As the saying goes, where there’s a will, there’s a way.

In the video, one pup is in a playpen, separated from the other dog following a medical procedure. However, the other dog has clearly grown tired of not having its best friend by their side. It’s time to bust them out and get them reacquainted with freedom.

Animals are lovely creatures, among the best on Earth. That’s an idea and a statement that, even in these incredibly divisive and polarizing times, we can all agree upon. Who doesn’t love animals? Yes, dogs, cats, rabbits and other domesticated animals make excellent pets. However, anyone with half a functioning brain understands that there are simply some animals that are never to be approached under any circumstances. One of those animals to steer far away from is a bear. Sure, they might look cute from afar, but an encounter with them would not end in a pleasant manner. Even with this knowledge, these dangerous wild animals sometimes make their way into areas populated by humans. A posted clip shows what happens when that does happen, and the creature acted in a surprising fashion, knowing exactly what to do and when.

Two vehicles are parked nearby what appears to be a log cabin in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Seconds into the clip, a large Black bear strolls upon the empty vehicles. What could the animal possibly want with two empty cars? Perhaps it was looking for a vehicle to take a joy ride?

Well, unbelievably, the wild animal starts pulling on the door handles. This bear has obviously done this many times before.

Eventually, the bear finds that one of the vehicles is unlocked. Once it manages to pull open the driver’s door, it actually hops in with ease. Thankfully, the keys weren’t in the car, or the animal might have actually stolen the vehicle.

Animals are, without a doubt, some of the best creatures on Earth. Who would or could ever argue otherwise? They are cute, furry, loyal companions who often remember the kindness shown to them.

However, this pup is apparently thoroughly engrossed in the television program. It’s unclear exactly what television show or movie is playing, but on the television, a young man holds a football. He then proceeds to wind up to throw the football and makes a motion as if he’s going to let it go.

Well, the dog, apparently believing the young man was actually in the room, turns its head, looking for the football. It then quickly turns back to the camera, looking terribly confused and possibly even a little disappointed that it did not see the football soaring through the room.

Everyone loves playing games in some form or another. Maybe you’re a Chutes and Ladders or a Monopoly fan. If board games aren’t your thing, perhaps basketball, baseball or football is more your thing. Don’t enjoy those either? Well, there are still plenty of card games, and even video games.

Regardless of what you prefer playing, we all remember playing games as kids with the other neighborhood children. More than likely, one of those games was the classic “red light, green light.” Unlike football or basketball, this game requires no equipment and can be played literally anywhere. All that is needed for a successful game of “red light, green light” is for all participants to follow the simple and clearly defined rules.

After posing the question to viewers, the man in the video gives the animal simple, direct commands. He calls out “red light” and “green light” a handful of times, and it listens perfectly in every instance.

Hilariously, many parents would wholeheartedly agree that this duck listens better and is more attentive than their children. I guess “red light, green light” is so easy that even a duck can do it.

Animals are wonderful, magnificent critters. Many people are thoroughly captivated by and interested in them. Pet owners, for sure, want to know as much as possible about their furry, four-legged family members. However, this interest in and fascination with animals has gone so far that entire television channels are dedicated to them.

It makes perfect sense why so many would be interested in animals. When you think you’ve learned everything about them, they surprise you with a new reaction or action. Think you know exactly how your pet will respond in this environment or during that particular set of circumstances? You might be correct, but then again, you might not be, and that’s part of the reason why animals are so fascinating. That and so many of them are pretty darn cute as well.

In a posted clip, a hawk was seen protecting its young. The creature was captured lying on the eggs to stop the elements or any potential predators from injuring her unborn youngsters. Nothing was going to get between this mother and her eggs.

However, the only problem with that is that she wasn’t lying on eggs at all. What she thought were eggs were actually golf balls. I understand the golf balls and the eggs are both white, and the eggs and the golf balls are relatively the same size, but wouldn’t the bird be able to feel the difference between the two?

How odd a sight would that be? Can you imagine being golfing on that particular course, you make your way to that hole, and you see a hawk keep a close, protective eye on a dozen golf balls or so? If someone were to hit their ball on the green, would they lose the ball and the hawk gain a baby? How would that work?

You will not believe how close these deer got to a young man. The wild animals seemed to have absolutely no fear of the little guy. Watch the short but jaw-dropping video to see the surprising and almost unbelievable way the animals reacted to the child.

Animals are, without a doubt, some of the best creatures God ever placed on this earth. That’s a statement no one is likely to find nearly universal agreement. How can you not love and adore those critters? Even if you wouldn’t necessarily consider yourself an animal person, you more than likely still possess a soft spot in your heart for them.

Now, as anyone who has ever interacted with an animal before understands, not all animals are the same. They will not react in the same manner to every situation and environment. Some animals are much more welcoming of human attention than others. Dogs and cats, for instance, enjoy human attention and interaction for the most part. Others, more wild animals, are more likely to shun it and shy away from it completely.

A posted clip demonstrates that while wild animals, by and large, would rather be left alone, that is not always the case. The video shows two deer quietly and cautiously approaching a young man, hoping to get something to fill their stomachs.

The scene is so strange yet utterly captivating. You’re unable to look away because it appears not to be real. It looks like something straight out of a Disney movie. The little guy appears totally freaked out, unsure of what to do in this situation, yet not wanting to hurt or scare the animals walking toward him.

I can’t say that I would know what to do if I were in his shoes. I’d likely react similarly. I’m pretty sure my eyes would be just as wide, unable to truly believe the sight before me.

A tabby cat creeping slowly toward a bird resting in the family’s backyard. The cat lowered its body and moved step by step, clearly preparing to pounce. Before the cat could get close enough, a small white dog ran over and disrupted everything. It first placed its paws on the cat’s head, then tugged at the cat’s tail, completely breaking the cat’s concentration. The interference kept getting worse. The dog eventually climbed right onto the cat’s back, leaving the hunting attempt with no chance of success. Meanwhile, the bird remained ahead, and the cat’s careful stalking plan was effectively destroyed. The funniest part of the scene was the dog’s expression, which looked completely innocent, as if it had no idea what the cat was trying to do.

Twister spent his first day on earth being swept up by a tornado and tossed around! Thankfully, a woman found him and called a rescue in time to save him! Now he is living in luxury, and it's only day 2!

I left to the store to get more stuff for moving to my new house and they decided to make a foam pit.

A pup’s plan to keep its toys hilariously backfires. The canine did not want to relinquish possession of a handful of items, and so the animal hatched a scheme to keep them, but that did not work out as expected. Getting rid of things can be difficult, especially if they have specific memories attached. Yes, there may even be a few tears shed during that process. However, the simple fact is that we cannot hold onto everything that comes into our possession. No one wants to end up on an episode of “Hoarders,” right?

While purging these items from our households can be challenging and even emotionally draining, it’s necessary. Getting rid of old, unwanted things makes room for the new. Every new beginning is only possible because of some other beginning’s end. Don’t be sad about something because it’s over; be happy because it happened. Or, you know, insert your preferred cliché about endings and beginnings.

In a clip posted on YouTube, a dog was having trouble letting go of its toys. It did not want to see these toys go away. They were special to the animal. So, in an attempt to foil its owner’s plan, the animal hatched a plan to hold onto those treasured items.

The video shows the animal running to the medicine cabinet and grabbing a bottle. While the woman was momentarily distracted, the canine, with the bottle in its paw, rushed over to the mug she was sipping from. Then, the animal started making a concoction that, theoretically, would have made her fall asleep.

However, that did not happen. Instead, the pup, being unable to read, mistakenly spiked her drink with caffeine. The pup’s owner would not be taking a nap anytime soon.

The looks the two dogs exchange are hysterical. They both seem to know they’ve failed, and it's just a matter of time until their precious toys are gone.
